Free Standard Shipping

Hardware Storm offers free ground shipping within the US on all products weighing up to 10lbs. Ground shipping offers delivery within 1-5 business, based on the distance to the destination. FedEx as our shipping partner operates within a time frame of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. delivery window for ground shipments. To track the projected time of transit for FedEx Ground, you can check out the FedEx Ground map available on their website.

We strive to make sure the timely delivery of your orders while offering the convenience of free standard shipping.

International Shipping

Does Hardware Storm Ship Internationally?

Hardware Storm ship internationally by utilizing FedEx International. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable to their orders.

APO/FPO Addresses

Can I Ship to an APO or FPO Address?

Hardware Storm does ship to APO and FPO addresses. However, due to limitations, the delivery time for these orders can range from 5 to 10 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping times

We ship the products from our warehouses in the United States using FedEx as our primary delivery carrier. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours. The following is a list of the shipping services we offer and their respective cut-off times:

  • Ground - (1-5 business days transit time. US ONLY). Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Ground orders may be shipped by FedEx depending on location.
  • Ground - (3 - 7 business days transit time to Alaska and Hawaii.). Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  • FedEx 3 Day - (3 business days transit time. US ONLY). Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  • FedEx 2 Day - (2 business days transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  • Standard Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). May be shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight service depending on location.
  • Priority Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am the following day. May be shipped FedEx P1 Overnight service depending on location.
  • International Shipping - We ship all international orders using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  • APO/FPO - All APO/FPO orders are shipped using FedEx Registered Mail.
  • Puerto Rico/Canada - All Canada/PR orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 1PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  • Saturday Delivery - (Orders placed on Friday, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 12PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). May be shipped using FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method.
